美國小學生守則沒有一條是籠統的；中國小學生守則沒有一條是具體的。

中美小學生守則



　　美國：

　　1. Always refer to a teacher by title and last name. 總是稱呼老師職位或尊姓。

　　2. Get to class on time or a little earlier. 按時或稍提前到課堂。

　　3. Raise your hand when you want to ask a question. 提問時舉手。

　　4. You may speak to the teacher from your desk while you are seated. 可以在你的座位上與老師講話。

　　5. When you are absent, you must make up the work you have missed. Ask either the teacher or a classmate for the work. 缺席時必須補上所缺課業。向老師或同學請教。

　　6. If you expect to be away from school because of an emergency, tell your teacher in advance and ask for the work you will miss. 如果因緊急離開學校，事先告訴你的老師並索取耽誤的功課。

　　7. All assignments you hand in must be your own work. 交的所有作業必須是你自己完成的。

　　8. Never cheat on a test. 考試不許作弊。

　　9. If you are having difficulty with a class, schedule an appointment to see the teacher for help. The teacher will be glad to help you. 如果你上課有困難，約見老師尋求幫助。老師會高興幫助你。

　　10.Students must bring a note for a parent explaining any absence or tardiness. 任何缺勤或遲到，需要出示家長寫的請假條。

　　11.The only acceptable excuse for absence is personal illness, a death in the family, or a religious holiday. It is illegal to stay home from school for any other. 唯一可以允許的缺勤理由是個人生病、家人亡故、或宗教節日。其他原因呆在家裏不上學都違規。

　　12.When a teacher asks a question and does not name a particular student to answer it, anyone who knows the answer should raise one hand. 當老師提問且沒有指定某一學生回答時，知道答案的都應該舉手。

　　5、自尊自愛，自信自強，生活習慣文明健康。

　　6、積極參加勞動，勤儉樸素，自己能做的事自己做。

　　 7、孝敬父母，尊敬師長，禮貌待人。

　　8、熱愛集體，團結同學，互相幫助，關心他人。

　　9、誠實守信，言行一致，知錯就改，有責任心。

　　10、熱愛大自然，愛護生活環境。
